2. After obtaining the authorization, the worker must read this Powerpoint and correctly answer a questionnaire about the general rules of the shipyard;
3. After submitting the questionnaire, the worker must wait for his/her entry permit to be obtained;
4. All situations of non-compliance with the shipyard's rules will be identified and communicated to the Administration, transgressors will be prohibited from entering the facility in the future;

GENERAL RULES OF THE SHIPYARD
1. The use of PPE is mandatory.
2. The use of drugs and alcohol is strictly prohibited throughout the shipyard.
3. Smoking is prohibited outside the designated areas.
4. It is mandatory to circulate along the pedestrian paths marked
5. The circulation of vehicles is only allowed to duly authorized vehicles and in the circulation routes defined for this purpose.
6. Work with the correct equipment and tools for the job you are doing.

7. Report all incidents/accidents and/or dangerous/unsafe situations to those responsible for site safety.
8. Comply with all emergency signs placed throughout the Shipyard.
9. It is forbidden to capture images, videos and fly drones on the NavalRocha shipyard facilities.
10. In case of emergency, follow the defined emergency procedures and go to the meeting point.

2. Outside the work areas and to circulate around the site, it is mandatory to wear suitable clothing with reflective stripes, helmet and safety shoes (steel toecap and insole).

PEDRESTRIAN CIRCULATION
1. Outside the work areas, pedestrian circulation is only allowed on defined and signposted circulation paths
2. Circulation outside these areas leads to the warning of the respective offender. Repeated non-compliance with practices contrary to those defined will lead to your banning of access to the facility.
3. When arriving and leaving shifts, internal or contractor Workers may circulate without wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), but they must walk on pedestrian circulation paths and for the period strictly necessary to travel to the changing room and from there to the exit.

CIRCULATION OF PASSENGER VEHICLES
1. The circulation of vehicles is only allowed to duly authorized vehicles and in the circulation routes defined for this purpose. It is mandatory to respect all vertical (traffic signs) and horizontal (road signs) existing at NAVALROCHA.
2. Non-compliance with safety rules, namely speed limits, is prohibited and all identified situations are communicated to the Administration and all the transgressors prohibited from entering the facility in the future.

CIRCULATION OF HEAVY VEHICLES AND SIMILAR WORK EQUIPMENT
3. Additionally, the circulation of vehicles in the work areas can only be carried out when the vehicles circulate with the four blinkers turned on and at a speed that ensures the safety of the occupants of the vehicle and the other workers nearby.
4. The Security Team will monitor the entry of these vehicles into the work areas and establish, on a case-by-case basis, the additional practices that must be followed.

VEHICLE PARKING
1. Vehicles can only be parked in the indicated areas and with the vehicle facing forwards, in the safety position in case of any emergency.
2. Parking outside the defined areas is prohibited and is subject to towing and a ban on future entry into the facility.

LOAD LIFTING
1. Cargo lifting operations are very common at the Navalrocha shipyard.
2. Lifting operations are carried out using cranes by qualified and certified personnel.
3. Only verified lifting equipment should be used, for example a damaged rope or sling should NEVER be used.
4. Load lifting areas must be properly marked and delimited, no worker must transit under these areas.
